Opinions on custom build PC

If budget was not a concern, what would be the ultimate build? I know there are many people who love Intel or AMD. I'm not hesitant to have either or, but as long as it does what i need.

The build should be able to run all games on 4k
I also do video editing using premiere or photoshop
The pc will also be used for day to day work.

My last build was in 2015 and it has served me very well. I've done minor upgrades but, noticing certain problems were i am thinking that it might be time just to build another one and give my current build to a family member who doesn't do the work i do and it will be more than perfect for them.

Currently build:
Intel I7 6700K Skylake, MSI Gaming M5 motherboard. G.skill ripjaw 16GB of DDr4 ram, GeForce RTX 1070 Seahawk, Corsair H100i liquid cooler. 750w 50gold PSU, M.2 250 GB NVME
Upgardes done:
G.skill Ripjaw16Gb DDr4 3200 mhz ram
Geforce 4070 ti super Video Card.

The 4070Ti super Video card along with the work ssd HD are the only thing that i am planning on using in the new build.

and yes you should define your budget, even if it's 6,000USD instead of stating that there is no budget.

We routinely see these type of threads.

It is VERY easy to simply throw all of the top tier parts in a case, and say "Done!"

For instance, a motherboard with 5x M.2 ports....simply add in 5x Samsung 990 Pro of whatever the current max size is.

I have been wanting to build a new pc and am just wondering what would you guy think would be a good build to last another 10+ years.
I do use the pc for my work, and i do play games. No particular game, but i like action 1st player games, sometimes i play multiplayer games like league of legend, dota 2 or cs2. I do like to have the ability to play 4k games since i have the upgraded video card and a 4k gaming monitor.

I also use premiere for video editing and photoshop.

My original plan was to get a i9 14900ks with either msi, gigabyte or asus. on the Z serries and ddr5 ram with a 1000w psu but after all the reasearch and the problems with the i9 14900 than i decided to go with AMD Ryzen 9 9950x. I do like Intel better since i've had intel for the last 10+ years and so i did more research and found out that by adjusting the Voltage than the i9 14900ks can be more stable, but i lose a bit of power and with AMD, well for starter it would be cheaper and i wouldn't lose the power.

Sorry for just going off on this and asking multiple different questions, but i'm just stock and not sure what i should do.

Budget on a new build is not a problem and i rather build a new pc and put back the 1070 in this pc and give it to my folks as it would be a very strong machine for what they do.

I just want to have a strong machine that can handle games. workload and anything i want to do.
ps, i have read many threads on this forum and watched many youtube videos about this topic.
i know there is mixed feeling between ppl with AMD and Intel lol!.
I also know amd x3d is better for gaming and or intel 285k chipsets are better for video editing or photoshop.
i also was very keened on Intel but there is no point of spending more and than needing to adjust the power levels just to make it stable which obviously you also lost a bit or power.

i do like to have the overclocking capability for when the time comes. I think having two m.2 spots would be sufficient as i do also want to connect my ssd and hdd backups. I've had good luck with msi boards, but are open to other boards if they are better. I said no budget as i wanted to not have any limitations, but building a pc down in canada can cost you as high as 3 to 4 thousand.

i was thinking about custom loop liquid cooler but am also open to corsairs once as the one i have is still working great after 10 years.
for OS im thinking of running win 10 as it was the least advertising from Microsoft.

Let me know if there is anything particular you guys need to know.
