Question Opinions on the new monitor I chose ?

It's a sad day, my Acer Predator XB1 has stopped working after 6 year's service, power fault by the sounds of the crackles when I use the on/off rocker switch, may see if a local TV guy can try fixing, if economical to do so.

The good news, it's replacement is flying in from Germany:
Z-Edge UG34W 34-inch Gaming Monitor, Ultrawide 165Hz(DP) 1ms MPRT 21:9 WQHD 3440x1440 IPS. £250.00

Yep that's cheap and a bit dubious but it's from Amazon so get 30 days, not heard of Z-Edge, anybody have comments on the model, the company or quality?

Worst case scenario, send it back and get an Asus TUF 32in that my son bought a few months back and is a nice monitor.

I'm not a hardcore gamer and will primarily using it for work, UW for spreadsheets handy and gaming is stuff like World Of Warships, strategy and a few shooters.

Stumbled across this;
but if you're only using it for productivity reasons, perhaps think of something from a reputed brand, besides Asus. The latter tends to command a higher MSRP/price tag regardless of what product you choose from their portfolio.

What sort of a budget have you allocated for your monitor? Since you do have a return window with Amazon, are you confined to buying from Amazon if the monitor you receive isn't to your liking?
