ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: If anyone has experience with this GPU, please recommend which power supply, CPU, RAM, etc. provides optimal performance while staying in a medium-sized budget. I am basically starting from scratch and want to build a PC around this GPU.

Crossfire is an AMD thing, and both Nvidia SLI and AMD Crossfire are pretty much dead. None of the 16 series cards support SLI. Only the RTX3090 supports NVlink, and presumably the 3090 Ti. If I recall the 2080, and 2080Ti also supported it.

I would also argue against overclocking these days. The CPUs are already binned and already boost to their maximum performance levels. You might gain between 5 and 10% performance at the cost of 50% more power.

Are you looking at spending $329 on just a CPU, or did you mean a complete system for $850 excluding GPU?
