Oracle software supports in windows 7 and i3 processor

can I install Oracle software in windows 7 and i3 processor??

I tried once but failed..Please advise me..Thanks in advance for your help..

check your oracle software's system requirements in the oracle website and make sure your pc meets them.
which software were you trying to install? windows 7 and core i3 should be able to run it. if it's too old, you can use compatibility mode or xp mode.
