[SOLVED] Original ROM for ASUS ROG STRIX RX580 (Hynix memory)

Hi!

I quit mining and right now I want to set back the original roms for my GPUs. I have 12 RX580 with Samsung and with Hynix memory.
On techpowerup I found the ROM for the Samsung memory version: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191456/asus-rx580-8192-170301
but not the Hynix version. I assume I cannot use this for that version too. Can someone help me where I can find this version of the original rom?

hi, u can download all bioses from ASUS website

scroll down to bios utilities
here u will see quiet bios
which contains 4 bioses for this model
see if that executable will work, if not u can flash it manualy, u should be able to know which one to use based on PN

my problem is, that I don't have Windows... I want to flash it on Ubuntu. How can I extract from this .exe the exact rom?

nvm... I was able to extract it, it has these four roms:

67DFHB.15.50.0.1.AS03.rom
67DFHB.15.50.0.1.AS04.rom
67DFHB.15.50.0.1.AS05.rom
67DFHB.15.50.0.1.AS06.rom

I checked the product number, but I was unable to identify any similarities between the rom names and the product number sadly

Yeah, I also checked with Polaris and I was also like that. This is harder than I thought...

But I can't just flash one "similar" rom. It has to be exactly this model with Hynix memory, right? Or else I will brick the GPU.

sure u can flash similar without bricking it

but just in case, what is your PCB id?, Can be located around pcie x16 pins

Doesn't have to be exact, but it should be if possible. I actually flashed a 580 pulse vbios on my 480 and it worked ish. Booted and ran games, but was a bit unstable.

You can use ATIflash from a bootable FreeDOS USB, so OS is irrelevent.

This is Hynix, but the gpu clock is bit higher.
