Looking at this page (which has been updated quite a bit since I last saw it), it is just doing a calculation of component draw for you; it isn't telling you what is actually possible for your components.

You are supposed to be providing the information for this page, knowing what your system utilizes. The larger issue here is that you are asking for feedback about 'what to set for my system' but nobody here knows (yet) what components your system is made up of.

What would have been your action if someone who have zero knowledge gave you some very poor guidance that you then followed? Hopefully no damage would be done, but you can cause damage to components by incorrectly setting voltages or overriding safety features which are meant to protect the hardware.

Not every component will have a 'magic number' of a value to use...even searching forums can get you what others have found and those can vary widely.

Everyone wants to overclock so they can say they overclocked.

Not everyone wants to actually learn how and most want an 'easy button' to do it.
