Outlook 2002/XP

Ok I cannot seem to get the Admin tab on the properties folder. We haven't added an email address to the outlook yet, could this cause the problem. We are trying to setup a public folder and the email address' from out website aren't quite up yet.

Propertiers folder on what? This is within Outlook 2k2 and has nothing to do with Exchange since you mentioned public folders.

You'll need to be a little more clear about what steps you've taken and describe the problem a little more clear.

You'll also need to have admin rights within Outlook, so if you have group policies pushing out, that could cause a conflict, but you would have needed to attached the group policy template for Office/Outlook into AD if that were the case. If you have no clue what I just said, then chances are you probably don't need to worry about it.
