overclock celeron 600Mhz to 900Mhz

Hi,
I need help.
I have overclocked my celeron 600(9x66MHz) to 900 (9x100Mhz)since I bought it two years ago. Recently I got a new harddrive to add it on my computer. The computer didn't boot up normally. It would freeze within 1 minute. Even after I removed the new harddrive and restored it to the original settings, it would not work at 9x100Mhz mode. I had to set it to 9x66Mhz. I have tried to clear the CMOS for several times to try to get it work. But it wouldn't. Any suggestions would be appreicated

Perhaps a slight overload to the power supply caused the voltage to drop slightly?
