Question Overclock ing 3470s

How can I overclock i5 3470s on hp 6300 with stock hp bios..?

You can't, especially not on an HP motherboard.

I know it was doable on the non-K SKU cpus before the 4th gen, until Intel put their foot down, patched it out and locked it on the hardware level with the succeeding generations.
