Overclock the Q6600 to 3.1GHZ

Can i overclock the q6600 to 3.10ghz on the ASUS p5q SE PLUS Motherboard?
Right now i have the q6600 @ 3GHZ
and if i can overclock it two 3.1GHZ what whould i type in?

It should be doable. If you've overclocked it to 3GHz already, just keep bumping up the FSB. If it becomes unstable, bump up the core voltage a bit until it stabilizes.
