Overclocking 3700+

What do you think is the max operating frequency I can push out of the san diego 3700+ @ 2.2ghz. I have:

DFI Lanparty SLI-DR
2x512MB CRUCIAL ballisitx dual channel (pc3200)
ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU 120mm HSF
arctic silver 5
2x 120mm + 80mm case fan.
bfg 7800gtx

what would be the max I could push this chip to at stable temperatures. I have yet to try just curious on some rough figures. I heard it can be pushed up to 2.8ghz fairly easy.

Not too easily. I'd say with water. 2.6 - 2.7 with air.

Well the comp is in my bastement which is very cold so thats good. I got the thermaltake soprano case with the side window that has a fan. Is the fan on the bfg gtx any good and if at all upgradable?

will the ballistix be able to handle an overclock to say 2.8 ghz?

I see that makes sense. I don't plan on doing this right away because I don't even have my gfx card yet and the psu is coming tommorw. Is it better to overclock after the arctic silver 5 has set for i hear "a few hundred hours".

Does anyone know of the number on the chip (3700+ san diego) after the CAABC? I hear its the week that the board for the chip was produced. If this is true, is there any information regarding the best/worst weeks?
