Overclocking 8600 GT. (Older Gaming Rig)

Ok before you start saying that its not a true gaming card and that I Need to update to a newer card, I Really dont. I Love this card, and this is a going on 3 year old rig, I Just got around to actually being able to use it, So what are some good overclocks on it?? I Dont know what overclocking Program would be best for the 8000 series so any help would be apperciated. I Am looking to get some good FPS in GTA IV, with a little overclocking I Have read I can get 30fps+ with medium/high settings as GTA IV seems to love 8000 series cards.
