Ok i put the fsb or whatever at 200, the vcore at 1.75. and it recongnized as a 3200+ chip BUT, my tempurature is around 51-53 and when i use the asus probe it shows my vcore at a higher volt? lol help plz, its like 1.93 i think, just higher , but in the bios i put 1.75 im confused

Probe are not always accurate. If in your CPU temp is under 60 Celius, I would not bother about that issue. If your vcore was that high your CPU temp would be higher than 51-53 Celsius.

It's tricky to use words like <b><font color=green>AMD</font color=green></b> or <b><font color=blue>Intel</font color=blue></b> in a signature some users could think your are biased.

It all depends if it is stable at a lower voltage. Stress test it with prime95 at 1.7v and see if it is stable. Lower voltage is lower temps, but you are not in any danger at 1.75v or your temps. SOme will do XP3200 speeds at 1.65v, others need more juice.

Second, if you have a new Desktop XP2500+, it is probably multiplier locked. If it is an older Xp2500+ or a mobile XP2500+ it will be unlocked. Set the muliplier to 10.5 and see if it still shows up as an XP3200+ 2.2GHz. If so, it's locked so you can't change the multiplier.

If it's unlocked you have more play room for overclocking. If you are stable at 11*200, leave it. Or try 11.5 or 12. Lower multipliers were for people who weren't stable at 11*200, or for extreme OC'in with a Higher FSB. You get more performance with a higher FSB. SO 2200MHz at a 200 bus (11*200)will be slower than 2200MHz at 220 FSB (10*220).

Asus Probe is rarely right, but BIOS hardware monitor usually IS right, you should check there to see what it is!

Try it at 1.7v and see if it's stable. The lower the voltage the better. The XP2500+'s appear to vary greatly as some have reported 2.2ghz at 1.65v. I got one easily to 2.16ghz at 1.7v.
