Overclocking for improved gaming

Hi guys ok i'm running windows xp on a pc that i built a couple of years ago.

Motherboard: ecs rs400-a

Processer: intel celeron d 2.80GHz

Ram 2x1GB DDR2 with 240 pin DIMM rated at 800 mhz

I am trying to overclock my system for smoother online gaming any help would be most appreciated
