overclocking i5 4670k with Thermaltake Contac 21 cooler

Hello, I might be planning to overclock my i5 4670k, but I don't have very high quality cooler http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001807, I am pretty new at this but I understand that overclocking can result in high temperatures so is my cooler enough to safely overclock my CPU? or do I need something better?

Yeah I thought so too, can you recommend something that isn't extremely pricey but still does the job well?
