Question Overclocking in general/upgrading.

I was wonder best way to get the most out of my system(I do some overclocking but that does cause crashing only on rainbow six siege)
as well as what would be the best order of things to upgrade and what top in order to get better performance(mainly on rainbow six siege).
For anyone who has a similar build whats your usually fps, I usually get an unsteady fps between 145-223.

CPU v. GPU overclocking for gaming (I tried overclocking on MSI afterburner and Aorus engine at the same time but that ended up just lowering my frames).

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Your build looks fine as is though you could look at an aftermarket cooler like the Cryorig H7 plus.
