I have had a look at the Core Duo overclocking guide... and it looks pretty straight forward. I'm just wondering if, when you overclock your CPU, does that automatically overclock your memory? Or do you have to go through another process?

It depends on your BIOS. Most should let you adjust the two speeds separately. Things are sometimes a bit different in AMD-land, perhaps because the memory controllers are built into the CPU.

what you said is that the settings might not be in the bios for amd cpus ...
That's not what I meant, but looking back, I see how someone could interpret it that way - sorry! My comment about AMD setups was intended to refer to not setting the memory speed independently of the FSB (but still within the BIOS).
