Overclocking OCZ DDR3 1600mhz mem

I have stock settings for everything right now. My motherboard is a P6X58D Premium 1366 mb. The stock settings only allows me to have the frequency at 1066mhz for the memory. I know how to increase the frequency in BIOS but am unsure about voltages for JUST the memory. Is it possible to change the voltages to 1.65v (what the RAM requires @ 1600mhz) without touching the CPU voltages? If so can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks

And for the voltage, don't worry, if the voltage is 1.65V or less, your rig is safe.
