I am going to overclock my ryzen 5 3600
How much can i overclock it and what is the recommended voltage?
Also, is the stock cooler(Wraith Stealth) capable of cooling the ryzen 5 3600 while overclocking it?

You can still overclock on the stock cooler. You just won't achieve your max stable oc and it's most likely not even worth trying because the OC will be closer to stock speed than your max stable OC. Maybe 100 MHz or slightly more. You might hit 4.1GHz if you're lucky.
