Are you setting the cores to 'Sync All Cores' or 'Per Core' in BIOS (if you have that option)?

If you set it to Per Core by accident and changed the top core value only, then the rest would have remained at the stock 3.8ghz, instead of updating automatically.

Easily done, did it myself on my board!

If so, update to Sync All Cores and enter the correct ratio for the first core, the rest should update.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!
