P2B shutdown prob

I've got a P2B with a P2 350mz processor.

I loaded Win2K (no service packs) and it would reboot and shutdown normally.
After I loaded SP4, now it will not restart or shutdown normally.

When I restart or shutdown, after the restart or shutdown message appears,
the screen goes black and never restarts or powers-off.

Is this an SP4 problem. Any solutions to it?

I have two P2B systems running W2K SP4 with no problems at all. What
BIOS version do you have loaded? The latest is 1014 beta 3.

I've got 1012. Isn't that the lastest release?
