I was going through configurators on several sites and noticed that IBuyPower.com is offering systems with Intel 630, 640, and 660 processors. Anyone know who else is offering these processors? Dell and Gateway are not yet offering -- I called Gateway and the sales rep knew nothing about them...

I would say they are just renamed EEs, but I don't think that is the case because they apparently also have the 64-bit instruction sets.

Here is the link:

P.S. This is not an ad for the above named pc maker -- I just can't find anything about these P4 6xx processors anywhere else.

OK it's your choice:
You can have the boat, or you can have the Mystery Box!
...Hey wait a minute! A boat's a boat, but a Mystery Box could be anything. It could even be a boat

You better take me serious on this one. If your going to buy a socket 775, then you better go ahead and plan on using a liquid cooling system and buying one of two MOBOs. ASUS and ABIT are the only two manufactuares at this time that have really mastered the socket 775. The ASUS is $250.00 and The ABIT is high also. This line of CPU is hot. Ive got one.

To save us both time, assume I know EVERYTHING

OOOOOOORRR you could get a Zalman CNPS 7700cu. It's the best air cooler for 775 in my opinion. It kept my p4 560 at 28C idle, 54C full load.

And mozz is correct, ASUS (or ABIT) are the best choices for mobos.
