P4 connector is unplugged

I went inside my PC TOWER to find a cord unplugged, it's labeld "P4". I don't know where to plug it in for my PC and when I power my PC up, it shows no signal on my TV (I plugged the HDMI cord into it for a monitor) and there is no beeping sound when I turn it on. I have no clue and no expirence of this kind of stuff and I'm trying to get this problem through because it is annoying me.. PLEASE HELP!!!

Yeah, that's not a Windows DVD, that seems to be a DVD for some software for a modem. You're going to need to use the media creation tool to put the Windows install files onto the USB stick.

Ima just wait until I get a laptop and if I need to I'll get a USB stick and install the stuff on there. Thanks for helping though, at least I know what to do if I do get a laptop.. That's for sure.
