I got this BSOD message 'page_fault_in_non_page_area' in the middle of using my PC and sometimes when windows start up and also cannot shut down properly. Sometimes it just show another BSOD of 'Bad_pool_size'.
I'm using winXP pro and my PC specs are below in case you need one:
P3EB 600MHz
256MB PC133 SDRAM
32MB TNT2 M64
PC Partner Via Appolo pro 133 motherboard
300W PSU
17" Samsung samtron monitor
40GB Maxtor 7200rpm HDD
I did some disk scan after I booted to safe mode and restarted. Some files were truncated in the scan but after the scan the PC still behave the same. Any Idea? I'm trying not to reformat it first and try to troubleshoot if can since reformating and reinstalling the programs takes long time especially with my 600MHz PC.
