Hello, I'm planning on upgrading on my system and I can't decide which GPU to buy.

The rest of my future system:
Motherboard: ASRock 960GM-GS3 FX, AM3+ socket
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3400MHz, AM3 Socket, Black Edition.
RAM: 8GB of DDR3, 1600 MHz Corsair Ram.
PSU: Cooler Master Elite Power Plus 460W
Case: NOX Zen

So, what do you think guys, should I buy the GTX 650 or the HD 7770? The price of GTX 650 is like 10-15$ higher than the price of the Radeon HD 7770.

Also, is the Cooler Master PSU able to run the system or should I change it for a better one?

P.S: Should I buy a new cooler for the Phenom 965 as long as the stock cooler(as I heard) is as noisier as a helicopter?

I'd go with a 650 Ti, better bench's and looks better on specs. From what I hear you get quite a bit more for only a little bit more. If I were you I'd grab a 650Ti, one problem, no SLI? I've never seen one with a SLI slot.... 7770 you could crossfire later. Also your PSU will run it fine but it won't have but probably 50W left, I'd upgrade soon. I'd grab a 7850 if you can, it'll still run on your PSU with about 25W left over. But if you're limited to the the 7770 vs 650Ti, I'd grab a 650, then grab a 600W PSU (futurproofing for lower end specs) and then upgrade your CPU to an AMD Steamroller (next years chipset, you should be good for now, unless you need a new CPU soon then I'd get a 6300). If I were you I'd go with a 7850 if you can, otherwise a 650Ti. Hope I helped!

I recommend:

660Ti: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130831 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130830 (Superclocked will give you quite a bit better performance).

7770: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102993

If you possibly can the 7850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004

Well, I can't buy from newegg since I'm not from America :(
I think I'll grab a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti, if it is better than a Sapphire ATI HD 7770 GHZ OC. I'll reply soon with the CPU and the PSU. Thanks for your reply ^_^

Haha no problem, I have a 8800GT in my AMD FX-8350 because my GPU failed and I haven't gotten a new one yet xD it sucks! The stock coolers on AMD's Vishera's are pretty nice. Keeps mine cool and keeps my uncles 6300 cool, I just got a better cooler. Any questions on AMD's CPU's?

If I was you I did probably aim for a 7850 since it's friendlier to an AM3 CPU then a GTX Video card and it has way more performance then a 650 for just 15-20 EU/Dollars more.

BTW, a GPU isn't a video card, it's a processor chip on the video card self ;)
It's a common mistake, hell I even made that mistake.
