panning with evga 7800 gt driver 71.94

For the life of me i can not get panning to work with this card.
i had no problem with my ati 9800 xt
I just want dual view setup with panning with the first monitor and the other just normal
I see box in the driver menu in resolution settings but will not let you check it on it sad you need to be in clone mode to use panning, but even it clone mode it will not work with panning.
I even called evga tech support they could not solve my problem so they will talk the engineering department.

So can someone help me thanks.
Maybe regedit tweak or something.

Just built a new system

evga 7800 gt.
update your driver to the latest, download the Ntune utility from nvidia, and there should be a section call monitor wizard, or something like that, it will ask you if you want typical setup or custom; choose custom and set it up. Should work, i had the saem problem, and it worked for me.
