Is it possible to repartition my hard disk without
deleting all it's contents?

With Partition Magic or another third-party program, yes.
It can go wrong, so back-up important data and be prepared
for the worst. It usually goes well. Be sure to do a disk
clean-up first and run defrag before you begin.
