That's in a system restore point. There is no way to remove it
individually. Either remove all restore points by turning off system
restore - Right click My Computer | Properties | System Restore | Turn
off System Restore on All Drives, Ok out. Reboot, then turn it back on.
Or delete all but the most recent from disk clean up. Open My computer,
right click the C drive | Properties | Disk cleanup | More Options |
System Restore - Clean up.
