Question PBO makes my temps way too high, can someone help me do a manual oc that reaches 4ghz cuz ive never done any type of manual oc before?

So, my recommendation, and the general recommendation across the board pretty much since the release of the first gen Ryzen processors, is to NOT have PBO enabled, at all, when running any of the stock coolers. They simply are not good enough.

If you want to run PBO or do any kind of manual overclocking at all, I'd highly recommend, at minimum, getting one of these. This is a very good performing, very good quality CPU cooler. Thermalright is one of the oldest CPU cooler manufacturers in the world.
