Hello everyone!
I will try to make it simple. Got an old platform that was working fine. Even got win 10 installed and fine.
Problems started when i tried to test an old HD4850 that i knew was presumably dead but anyways... moved everything to another case to get PSU cables to reach from the top.
Connected everything fine(not touched cpu and ram) and PC now beeps 2 short beeps after the one thats POST and i get no video at all, cant reach BIOS.
I removed the HD4850 and left everything like in the past just different case and the PC still does the same. Plug the mobo via HDMI to a monitor like before
Ive tried :
RAM and CPU resetting
12v and 24v reset
Different channels of DIMMs
Each RAM separately
Dont know what else to do... PC is old but was working fine
PC specs:
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO
Phenom x4 940 3GHZ
OCZ 2GB DDR3 1333mhz ram ( 2 sticks of these) IDENTICAL
PSU OCZ 500W
WD 160GB 7200RPM
Can i have some kind of short? i put all the standoffs correctly but all of these started happening after case switch, maybe turning back on the older would work...
Thanks!
