Question Pc black screening

Msi rtx 3080 ventus 3x oc
corsair vengeance DDR4 3600 2x16
n7 z590

I've had so many issues with this build for no reason. My original issue was that under any stress the gpu would appear to crash and my displays wouldnt detect any source. So I switched back to my old gpu rx580 and it worked just fine. Had a friend test the 3080 out and stress test it worked just fine. I tried switching mobos to a n7 z490 and same issue occurs. Recently tried switching ram to oloy 2x8 same issue happens. Tried reinstalling windows + drivers same thing happens. Also tried switching pcie slots same thing happens in both

You psu is failing to provide enough power to the new gpu sounds like it may have a issue with power loads

I just tried swapping the psu with one that has the same wattage and same thing keeps happening
