Hi all, I'll get right to it.
I recently upgraded to a 6800XT, works great, however I've noticed one issue. When I shut down my PC then turn it back on it'll show the motherboard splash screen for a millisecond then boot straight to BIOS, then after I exit BIOS it'll boot to windows like normal. Obviously this is pretty annoying and I'd like to fix it.
I have a i7-6700K at 4.5GHz, MSI Krait 3X Z170 Motherboard, MSI Gaming Z RX 6800XT, 32GB DDR4, and 750W EVGA G2 PSU.
I've already tried reseating my RAM and graphics card, stress testing using OCCT and other tools to make sure it's not that my PSU can't handle it, I tried unplugging my keyboard, my BIOS settings remain persistent (so that rules out cmos battery I'd assume), windows is first in boot priority, and I've disabled windows fast startup. None of these are working and it's starting to drive me insane. Any suggestions or help in solving this would be greatly appreciated.
