I changed my case today, and when I plugged everything in, it booted, but the DRAM LED on the motherboard flashes red, then the VGA LED stays on. I took out the GPU and the same LED problems occurred. Any solutions??

Solution
Nevermind. If anyone else has this problem, I would suggest installing the new GPU, unplugging all of the peripherals from your PC. Then, after unplugging power from your PSU, clear CMOS by removing the battery for around 1 minute. Reinstall the motherboard battery, plug in the PSU, connect the display to the GPU, and it should boot normally.
