Question PC boots to desktop then screen goes black then goes to bios

I enter the password with no issue, get to the desktop screen. Then after mere seconds the screen goes blank. When the screen comes back on, it shows the Boot menu. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

Please include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. As for the OS, since you've parsed this thread in the Windows 10 section, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on? BIOS version for your motherboard? Speaking of BIOS, are you able to get into BIOS without any issue? If so, can you remain there indefinitely?
