Question PC Build / 700- 800 Euro Build

Dear members, I'm looking forward to build towards AMD Ryzen 9 9900X ( still undecided)

I already own an ATX tower, "In win" series
850W power supply XFX PRO 850 W
2x NVME m2 Kingston 1tb
GPU - Zotac Gaming Twin Edge RTX 3060 TI 8GB

The budget I'm willing to allocate for this upgrade is around 700-800 Euro - ( including the CPU ).
I have recently bought a drone, therefore I need a good CPU for rendering and some video editing, not a whole bunch, I can safely say I'm a newbie and anything less. I often play video games, such as wow or Warhammer 40k SM 2, but BF6 is getting my attention ( my curent CPU slows me down in gaining a good exp in 1440p).

I'm kindly asking for some opinions and builds you might suggest for an AM5 build that can safely run gaming, editing and maybe streaming. I am not prone into overclocking, just default speeds and factory settings.

Approximate Purchase Date: 2 months starting post date, trying to get mobo, ram and cooler 1st month, then 2nd month CPU.
