Yes, there are no compatibility issues. The GTX 970 will work just fine on this build.

As for your GPU upgrade, you might want to wait until the new Nvidia Ampere GPUs come out. Even if you don't buy one of them, the price of older models should drop accordingly.

Now i have a last question after some days does it matter if it is a gtx 970 zotac with a blower fan?

Not all.

Out of curiosity, why do you think it wouldn't work?
Because i bought before a r5 3600, b450 aorus elite(ryzen 3000 desktop ready) and 16 gigs of ram and i wouldn't even boot in bios and and then i gave it backand i tryed a 2nd time and i had the same issue, for that i'm afraid it wouldn't work

Then at least we know it wasn't your GPU.

It could have been that the board wasn't actually 3000 ready, or that it wasn't seated properly (also could be true for the cooler).

What position are you on right now? Which parts do you already have?
Now i have a i5 2400 12 gig of ram ddr3 and the gtx 970 and what do u mean with "What position are you on right now?"

Because you said you bought a 3600, B450, etc... so I was not sure if you still have that ot not.

I think it might have been the motherboard that was not 3000 ready. That can happen sometimes. If it wasn't that it must have been the CPU or CPU cooler that wasn't installed properly. Also, don't hesitate to try with only 1 stick of RAM next time, and also resetting the CMOS battery (but this voids warranty so it's best to send back the motherboard).

Let me know when you get the new parts and if there are any problems. But like we said, the GTX 970 will work fine - B450 and newer motherboards will support it
