You have an unlocked processor with a motherboard that is not overclocking friendly.
what brand is the hard drive?

Don't skimp on the power supply for a gaming system, get a good brand like corsair, seasonic, antec or xfx.
If it blows up it might taking everything else with it.

where are you getting the i3 for $100? if you can get it for that much then go with the 8GB of ram if you want.
