Question Pc can't booting

Motherboard: asrock h310cm-hdv
Ram: Team group 4 gb x 2
SSD/HDD: wd blue 1TB
GPU: rx 570
PSU: aerocool lux 550

why my pc can't booting, and when I start it, it always beep endlessly

Looks like a rebranded unit similar to the Thermaltake SMART RGB series. I would ask you to swap the PSU out for another branded unit. What sort of units do yo have access to?

Also, about the beeps, did you pay attention to the sequence of the beeps?

Is replacing it with a corsair VS series 450w+bronze is enough or I should select the cooler master mwe 450 80+gold

And for the beeps, it goes short continuously

And do u think my mobo is fine or I must replaced to, but I want to safe money to buy amd ryzen 3 3300X
