Is it necessary to have this graphic card? She's a bit expensive.
I'll would like to reduce the total price... which composant may i change?

What program do you use for video editing?
You could likely downgrade to a GTX 1660ti 6gb.

I do everything in After effect (sometimes Premiere).
RTX are not best value ?

RTX offers great performance, but terrible value.
1660ti is turing and GDDR6, but no RTX.
Apparently, after effects likes a strong GPU, but the 1660ti will do. The 1660ti will run most games at 1080p or 1440p.

You also could remove the GTX 970 and get a 500gb Intel 660p NVME for a lot less.
The 660p is slower, but not too much.
