Hi all.

I was gaming last night(Apex Legends) and my computer randomly crashed. Tried to turn it back on, but it wouldn't POST and had the red CPU light. My PC will typically be loud when it first starts, and after a few seconds, it will quit down substantially once it POSTS. But it stays loud without POSTING.

What I've attempted to do so far with no luck:
  • Resetting CMOS(taking out battery for 20+ minutes, and using a screwdriver to short the JBAT pins)
  • Disassembled all parts including the GPU, RAM, CPU(checked that the CPU wasn't damaged/no bent pins, even removed the old thermal paste and applied new).
  • Attempted to plug power supply into new outlet.

I attempted to use one RAM stick in one slot at a time and these are the results:

Ram Stick 1:
  • Slot A1: CPU red light still on, but PC goes from loud to quit, like usual. No POST.
  • Slot A2: CPU red light still on, but PC goes from loud to quit, like usual. No POST.
  • Slot B1: CPU red light still on, PC still loud. No POST.
  • Slot B2: CPU red light still on, PC still loud. No POST.

RAM Stick 2:
Slot A1: CPU red light still on, but PC goes from loud to quit, like usual. No POST.
Slot A2: CPU red light still on, but PC goes from loud to quit, like usual. No POST.
  • Slot B1: CPU red light still on, PC still loud. No POST.
  • Slot B2: CPU red light still on, PC still loud. No POST.

Components:
Motherboard: MSI ARSENAL GAMING B450 TOMAHAWK AM4 AMD B450 SATA
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz (4.2 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 65W
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER DirectX 12 RTX 2060 SUPER VENTUS GP OC 8GB
Power Supply:
EVGA 600 GD 100-GD-0600-V1 600W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 DRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)

This is very random, and I've spent 6+ hours today debugging/troubleshooting with no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

Update:

My buddy told me that a few months ago, Apex Legends caused this to happen as well.

He said getting a new power supply instantly fixed it.

I'll see if I can do that tomorrow.

Update:

New PSU didn't work.

New motherboard didn't work.

Using friends RAM didn't work

I'm at a bit of a loss here.

Is this really a CPU issue?

Could use some help here :)
