Question PC crashes (Main Display goes black followed by other two displays then system crashes)

Hello fellow PC enthusiasts,

Im extremely frustrated and not sure where to turn to for help. I have been running into the below issue for the past 3-4 weeks. I feel like I have tried everything, but the issue persists. My PC continues to lose display randomly and then all screens go black but I still have audio until it eventually blue screens/crashes. Then everything works on restart, sometimes the crash happens up to 2-3 times a day. Also, only seems to happen when my 4k Alienware display is in use as I’ve tested with and without the Alienware. I have reinstalled gpu drivers and used ddu before, reinstalled windows 11, and tested the display by itself and with my other two. I included some error images/messages seen in reliability report below.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as im so lost after bios and firmware updates, multiple gpu driver reinstalls, and redownloading windows 11. I tried uploading the dump file but I couldnt get it bc access I believe.

Passed MEM TEST

1200w Plat PSU from corsair

custom water loop, temps are not an issue when monitoring

3 x m.2 ssds

3 x displays

1 x alienware 32 4k qd oled dsc

1 x 1440p ASUS display

1 x 1080p ASUS Display

Just crashed on me in a similar fashion, here is what I see in the reliability report which after some searching could a multitude of things. Myabe I should buy a new PSU on amazon and test? I thought 1200w platnium would be plenty.
