So sometimes I will be casually browsing my desktop and my cursor will lockup then the PC crashes, but doesn't completely shut off (fans and lights still running, no image on monitor) and the CPU debug light on the motherboard comes on.
It's also never when I'm gaming or doing resource intensive things either, it almost exclusively happens while I'm just browsing the web, and go to move my cursor again.

RAM: Silicon Power 16gb (2x8gb)
MOBO: MSI B450m Pro M-2 Max
Samsung 9700 Evo 500gb m.2
Samsung 860 Evo 500gb Sata
