Question PC crashes to black screen while in idle

I'm having an issue with my PC crashing while in idle or under light loads. It works fine while playing games like Apex which is odd. My PC crashes to a black screen and the fans ramp up to a very fast speed. I have to hold the power button for it to restart. It does not seem to be running at high temps either. I have a RTX 3060 Ti and a i7-11700F with an aio cooling it.
