Question PC crashes when playing high intensity games

So my PC seems to crash when playing games like ARK, Seige for over and 1hr. When this happens my PC lights/fans are all working but I've got a black screen. I have to press the reset button to restart it again. Today I noticed that debug light for the CPU was on after it crashed so im thinking its a CPU problem, any tips?

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
Nvidia 1660
16GB hyperX Ram 3200mhz

CPU - 36c
GPU - 38c

gaming:
CPU - 57
GPU - 65c
