Question PC crashing and restarting randomly

So my PC sometimes just freezes for couple sec and then restarts. I have came to conclusion that its either PSU or RAM fault because im certain that my gpu and cpu are healthy. I dusted my PC yesterday and its always been clean. I don't get any artifacts or errors. (Only Kernel-41 in the event viewer) I have done virus scans. I'm thinking of doing a Memtest86. I also am not sure if my voltages are safe (I don't know much about voltages yet) so here's a screenshot of H/W

I have been having similar problems, how do you know if it's not your mobo that's at fault? I thinks it has to be my psu or mobo because I tested everything else.
