Question PC crashing, Black screen , 100% fan speed gpu , debug led cpu light up and hard-locking

Hi , 2 months ago , i bought a new PC
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 2600
Gpu: MSI Geforce GTX 1060 3GT OC (3GB)
MOBO: MSI B450 A Pro
Ram: ADATA Gammix D10 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4
PSU: Segotep H9Plus+ 520W 85%

And after a week or two.. i started to see a problem
The problem is :
After 3 or more hours , of playing games , my pc Black screens , Gpu's fan speed goes up , and the pc is hard-locking , and i cannot restart it .. just if i switch the PSU
Until now , i thought maybe there is a problem with the GPU , i tried to unplug & plug , updating drivers ... and that's all
But 1 week ago .. i found out .. that when my pc goes Black , my Debug led Cpu light up.
My Cpu is overclocked with the help of OC Genie , is automaticly Overclocked to 3.85 Ghz ( sometimes goes up at 3.9) and 1.305 v , The Temperature is in game is around 60-80 ( low load - full load ) , but at idle is around 35c
Btw , my Ram is also overclocked to 2933 Mhz ( advertised clock )

So , can someone Help me and if someone knows .. what is causing this and why?

does it work if you undo the oc?
sure the psu working? not failed?
