Question PC crashing when GPU under load

Hi all,

For a few weeks my PC is crashing randomly when using the GPU (i.e. playing game or watching videos). The screen goes black, the sound freezes and lags, and after a few seconds the computer reboots. In the Event Log I'm not seeing anything except an Event 41 - Kernel-Power.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue all the time. Sometimes I can play without any issue, and sometimes it crashes. I tried to reproduce the issue using OCCT. Managed to make it crash but no error detected before the crash. And on other tests zero error and it doesn't crash.
I assume it's the GPU since it crashes only when the GPU is under load.
I've read it could be a lack of power (PSU) but, as far as I know, I have enough power for this config (see the config details below). And I didn't have any problem for a couple of years until few weeks ago. I don't remember changing anything or installing anything. I played the same game before the crashes occurred.
In terms of drivers everything is up to date.
So I would need help to troubleshoot the problem and figure out what's wrong as I'm a bit lost.

Here are the details of my config (nothing overclocked):
- MoBo: Gigabyte Z490I Aorus Ultra
- CPU: Intel Core i5-10600K
- PSU: 650W SFX-L 80Plus Gold Fully Modular Power Supply (NP-S650M) - integrated in the NZXT H1 case
- GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060Ti Gaming OC 8G 2.0
- RAM: 2*16GB PC4-21300 DDR4 SDRAM Corsair

Thanks in advance!

from what i can tell the psu should be fine it looks similar to a seasonic cant be certain but i have seen the internals of this unit its mainly japanese capacitors so i wouldnt be to concerned.

i would uninstall the gpu drivers and reinstall see if its a buggy driver.

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error codes, warnings, or even informational events just before or at the time of the crashes.

Start with Reliability History/Monitor. Easy to use and presents a timeline format that may reveal patterns.

Event Viewer requires more time and effort to navigate and understand. To help:

How To - How to use Windows 10 Event Viewer | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com)

Use both tools but only one tool at a time. Any given error etc. can be clicked for more details. The details may or may not be helpful.

Error code numbers likely to be the most helpful.

PSU is indeed a likely suspect. Look for increasing numbers of varying errors. However, that is not always the case.

If anything, expand the Reliability History/Monitor Window so all can be seen.

Thanks for your help so far.
Today I've tried to reproduce the issue. But not able
Here are some screenshots of the GPU tests I was running
