Question PC deadlocking, Keyboard LEDs not working when frozen.

Hello, I'm having this problem wherein my PC Deadlocks whenever I use photoshop or Premiere Pro. I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue since I also experienced this with an older PC of mine with the same windows license.



More details on how it deadlocks:

• When adjusting the brush tool using shortcuts (alt + left click)
• When Erasing or adjusting the eraser also using shortcuts (alt + left click)
• When using selections, eg, magic wand, lasso tool etc.
• Also experienced deadlocking, while playing Apex Legends since the new update so Im pretty sure, that one was a software issue
• When pressing caps lock, or any other led function, on my keyboard the indicator does not light up
• The system needs a hard reset for it to function again
• Sound plays even when in deadlock but stops after about 2-3 minutes
• Microphone also wont function

Are these paid products or subscriptions, OR are they somewhat "shady" or "cheap keys" obtained products. Are you able to show that they are products you DO own license for?

I bought my windows key from third party providers, I'm pretty sure it's a fake one but I only encountered this issue after some 5 years of use.
As for photoshop, Its a shared account between me and my brother and it functions well on his laptop

Edit: I can provide license information on my windows key, just not the key itself
