full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

so once it boot up, you can plug all the peripherals in and they works?

Yes my pc will boot if no peripherals are connected however it also boots when only keyboard is connected.

CPU - Ryzen 5 5600
MOBO - MSI MAGb550 Mortar WIFI
RAM- 2x8gb 3200mhz cl16 Gskills Ripjaws
GPU - RX560 4gb gigabyte
PSU - MSI MPG gf650w

So I think I sort of figured it out but I cant check right now since I'm at school, but when I first built the pc and it booted without issues, I had a keyboard and mouse connected. But after that I have plugged in my USB microphone to the motherboard as well. This morning I booted it with just he keyboard connected because I wanted to see if I could check the BIOS, so I know 100% that keyboard isn't the issue.

My Peripherals are:
mouse- Razer Viper Mini Chroma
keyboard- Ducky One 2 Skyline TKL
headphone - Audio Technica ath-m20x
microphone- Razer Seiren x

I connect all my Peripherals to the motherboard which might be impacting the boot or something
