So I booted my PC today and after I left it on for a while (It successfully booted) my screen started glitching out, and my PC got stuck. If I hard reboot it, my computer continuously boot cycles and reboots during the DRAM check. When I switch some RAM slots, they PC boots successfully but then glitches out again. I am not sure if this is a ram issue, or a motherboard issue. Does anyone know why this would happen? The only recent thing I did to my PC was change the tubing for my Water Cooling, but i made sure no liquid got on the components.
